INCLUSIVE & COLLABORATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING

Caroline values and builds inclusion. She brings diversity to the Board, not just in ethnicity, but also in her knowledge of the District with her background in the PTA and the LCF Educational Foundation.  She has built enduring relationships with community stakeholders through her extensive work with these and other community organizations. Caroline will work with and for the entire community to deliver the best educational experience for our students. She is an ambassador of awareness across groups and interests in La Cañada. She believes all students must be represented proactively -- including not only those who are under-represented, but those who are currently unrepresented.

Caroline is committed to furthering La Cañada’s ideals of a safe learning environment AND an exceptional education that sets this city apart. She is a hard worker, who will apply her work ethic to ensuring the continued excellence of our schools. Caroline is a visible and vocal supporter. She advocates for the needs of students, parents and the community, and is a full partner alongside teachers and staff.

Caroline understands that the world is changing rapidly. To be successful the Board must be adaptable, present in day to day District operations, and be fluid in decision making to respond to challenges. Caroline stands for advancing policies that are supported by data to ensure educational excellence, and bring balance to students’ lives.
